Purified Water Preparation System

Water-quality plays an important role in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products. Process water is used to compound products, to wash containers, and for steam-sterilization. There are two basic grades of water popularly used in the pharmaceutical industry:  (a) Purified Water and (b) Water-for-Injection (WFI).

RO and EDI equipment are designed for application in a wide range of purified water preparation of pharmaceutical plant and core equipment .Water-for-Injection (WFI) has additional requirements of  bio-purity. The endotoxin-content must be less than 0.25 Endotoxin Units (EU) per ml 

Pure Steam Generator for WFI

Pure steam generator is one of important equipment using for tank , pipeline (SIP), filter and sterilized cabinet. 

Ultrapure pyrogenfree pure steam generator produced by MOLECULAR, according to WFI requirements of U.S Pharmacopoeia , Europe Pharmacopoeia, Japan Pharmacopoeia and China Pharmacopoeia. The design and manufacture submit to specification of pressure vessel , can be used to technical product line of food , pharmaceutical and biological gene engineering etc.

WFI system has multi-stage distillation columns, polished stainless steel tanks, water heaters and coolers, distribution pumps, UV-light sanitizers, bacteria filters and monitoring instrumentation etc.The contact parts with feed water , pure steam and WFI are SS316L.
